I challenged my team to a series of coaching sessions with Alexandra without knowing much about what coaching entails and, more importantly, what the effect of the discussions might be on the team. The challenge was embraced by the team immediately and the first sessions were a real success. Alexandra took the extraordinary initiative of a foray into everyone’s journey and becoming, then getting to the values that define our team and the role we each have, consciously or not, in it. The sessions so far have been a perfect exercise in discovery and rediscovery, have been as interactive and enjoyable as possible and have helped us touch on the topics most important to our team’s development. The topic of each discussion was chosen by the team together with Alexandra. I recommend the team coaching experience with Alexandra to any manager who wants to really get to know their team, discover their values and strengthen working relationships.
